Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. We ship all orders standard by air with tracking number to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Standard shipping typically takes about 8 to 10 business days after your order has been processed. We’ve chosen this shipping method as the best balance between speed and affordable shipping costs.

If you receive an item that is defective or not working as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your name, order number in the fillable contact form. You will need to provide clear photos or a video showing the problem with the product. Once we verify the issue, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
